Well apparently Dr.Pepper will give away one can of Dr.Pepper to everyone in America, if Axle Rose releases the next Guns n Roses album "Chinese Democracy", any time in the year 2008. Well seeing how we have been waiting for this album for idk 8 years! I won't be holding my breath for my free drink.
